III. Community – Belonging:
A. We must believe and belong. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
B. We believe a biblical community is a place where we live in caring relationships that are rooted and grounded in biblical truth. (Matthew 18:19-20)
C. Community is not living in isolation, but rather living in connection with one another, in genuine fellowship. (Ephesians 4:1-7)
D. We are to teach and admonish, walking in wisdom and thanksgiving. (Colossians 3:15-17)
E. Honor and be devoted to one another. (Romans 12:9-11)
F. Pray for. (James 5:13-16)
G. Accept. (Romans 15:7)
H. Submit to. (Ephesians 5:21)
I. Serve one another. (Galatians 5:13)
J. All of these scriptures teach biblical community. They produce a real and lasting life change, a spiritual transformation that only occurs in the unity and diversity of God’s authentic relationships.
IV. Growth – Rome was not built in a day.
A. True spiritual growth has to do with being transformed into His image. (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)

B. Over time, spiritual growth causes us to become, look like, and behave more and more like Jesus Christ. (Romans 8:29-39)
C. Spiritual maturity is measured in our lifestyle and in the application of our learning.
D. We believe God’s will is for every person to make a commitment to growth that will bring forth transformation.
E. Growing pains remind us that the true life of Christ is being reproduced in us. (I Peter 2:2-3)

V. Service – Saved for what?
A. We believe that we will influence the world by Christ, and His great love. (John 3:16)
B. We believe we are saved to serve which happens when each person uses their gift to serve others. (I Peter 4:10)

C. Jesus Christ Himself is our greatest example of serving. (John 10:10-15)
VI. Mission – Go!
A. Jesus commissioned the church to go and make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:18-20)
B. We believe that we are called by the power of God to be witnesses for Jesus. (Acts 1:8)
C. We believe that we are ambassadors of Christ and represent the country of heaven to those here on earth. The word is reconciliation (II Corinthians 5:17-20)

D. To open earth’s eyes and turn them from the power of darkness to the power of light, from the power of Satan to the power of God, that they may receive an inheritance among those that are sanctified by faith in Christ Jesus. (Acts 26:18)
E. We believe every believer has been equipped with the power of God to proclaim the kingdom of God, the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
F. At Miracle Place Church we believe that Jesus Christ will save you, heal you, deliver you and set you free, empowering you to do good works. (Ephesians 2:10)
G. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man comes unto the Father except through Christ Jesus. (John 14:6)
