Ricky Sinclair: The Law of Speaking and Releasing

The Law of Speaking and Releasing

Proverbs 18:21 KJV

  1. I. People talk about their misfortunes and problems.
    1. a. Their interpretations of events, people and themselves communicate creation to the world, bringing them into existence.
    2. b. So, when we gripe and complain about our lives to others, we are releasing that reality.
    3. c. When you think and say something enough times you start to believe it as truth whether it is or not.
    4. d. So, do I really want to tell everyone how unlucky, unsuccessful, miserable, I am?
    5. e. Stop and think before you speak. Choose the words that you speak consciously.
    6. f. Negative, powerless words like I can’t, what if, and I shouldn’t kill creativity and opportunity.
    7. g. As the creator of your world, what you say means blessing or curse, life or death.
    8. h. Instead of saying I’m overweight and fat, say every day I’m getting closer to my goal of weight and health.
    9. II. Words affirm the thoughts and intents of your heart. (Hebrews 4:12 KJV) Faith calls those things which are not as though they were.                 (Romans 4:17 KJV)
    10. III. Your words will go to the root, the life of the thing you speak too.          (Mark 11:20-25 KJV)
    11. IV. Be therefore followers of God, as dear children. (Ephesians 5:1)
    12. a. “And God said, let there be light and there was light.” (Genesis 1:3)
    13. b. “And God called the light day and the darkness He called night.” (Genesis 1:5)
    14. c. “And God said, let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters and it was so.”       (Genesis 1:7)
    15. d. “And God said, let the waters under heaven be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear and it was so.” (Genesis 1:9)
    16. e. “And God called the dry land earth and the gathering together of waters called He seas.” (Genesis 1:10)
    17. V. We have existence because God said, “let us make man in our image, after our likeness.”
    18. a. We have dominion and authority to rule earth and over all that lives and exist in the earth. (Genesis 1:26-30 KJV)
    19. b. Understanding the authority and the responsibility that God has given me through speaking and releasing. Now what I say and believe creates substance. (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)
    20. c. Pleasing and receiving God’s reward by believing God is.      (Hebrews 11:6 KJV)
