The Law of Divine Blessing
God intends to glorify Himself by blessing you.
A. The Queen of Sheba saw the blessing of God on and in Solomon and knew there was something different about him, that he was blessed of God. (1 Kings 10:1-13)
2. What is God’s condition for His promises to be activated and operated in my life?
A. Choice – Make a decision in your mind to believe God.
B. Obedience – Obey God’s Word.
C. Sacrifice – Observe to do.
3. What are God’s promised blessings? (Deuteronomy 28:1-14)
A. Prominence – God promises to set you on high. (Deuteronomy 28:1)
B. Overflow – God promises us that His blessings will come on us and overtake us. (Deuteronomy 28:2)
C. Place – There: Jehovah Shammah – The Lord God is there. God promises wherever you go in the city and in the field you will be successful because He is there. (Deuteronomy 28:3)
D. Seed – God promises fruit from your body, your ground, and your flocks. Your seed is your children, your crops, and your flocks will have favor and blessing and will produce in abundance. (Deuteronomy 28:4)
E. Full – God promises that your cabinets and your store house will be filled with food and supplies. That means you will have enough toilet paper. (Deuteronomy 28:5)
F. Home – God promises that when you come and go from home you will be blessed. (Deuteronomy 28:6)
G. Enemies – God promises to defeat all of your enemies before your face. (Deuteronomy 28:7)
H. Your hand and your land – God promises to command the blessing upon everything that you set your hand to do and to bless you in the land that He gives you. (Deuteronomy 28:8)
I. You are God’s – God promises Himself to us. He will establish us as His special people through a friendship and relationship with Him. (Deuteronomy 28:9)
J. Marked by God – God promises us that people will see His favor, blessing and power in and on us and will reverence us because of His presence. God’s special favor is upon us. (Deuteronomy 28:10)
K. Plenteous – God promises plenty in every area of our lives, abundant prosperity. (Deuteronomy 28:11)
L. Access – God promises the resources of heaven’s treasures and will open up doors to release His blessings at just the right time. Things will just work out. God promises us to be debt-free, you will loan and not have to borrow. (Deuteronomy 28:12)
M. Leadership – God promises that you will be the head and not the tail. You will be above and not beneath. You will always be at the top. (Deuteronomy 28:13)
N. God will keep you – God says you will not go aside from any of these words that He has promised. They will come to pass in your life and you will receive all that His Word guarantees. (Deuteronomy 28:14; Philippians 1:6)
4. Speak God’s declaration over your life three times a day.
A. The power of God’s blessing is upon me and my family.
B. God’s blessing is invading and overtaking every area of my life.
C. God’s favor and blessing is lifting me up to all new levels and permeating every area of my life.
D. God’s blessing, His favor and power is upon my family, my finances, my health, and all my enemies are defeated by God’s authority in my life.
E. I am walking in God’s abundant prosperity.
F. Everywhere I go, everything I touch, God causes it to be blessed and it increases.
G. For God’s promises and goodness I give Him all the glory and thanksgiving.
